San Francisco mall suing restaurant for more than $1.4 million
Briefly

Gangnam Korean BBQ first opened at the mall in 2019. Initially, the restaurant signed a two-year lease, but on March 5, 2020, both parties agreed to extend the lease to April 2026, according to the lawsuit.
Stonestown is alleging that Gangnam Korean BBQ owes them $545,893.42 in past due rent and $666,900 in rent owed for the remaining balance of the lease term (through April 30, 2026), plus attorney's fees and interest. In total, they are seeking $1.4 million.
