Sujan Sarkar, chef of Indienne in Chicago and semifinalist for the James Beard Award, is set to open Tiya in San Francisco in the former Maybeck's space.
Tiya will offer 'New Indian cuisine with California influences' through both a four-course tasting menu and an a la carte menu for walk-ins.
