Mike Abbate, vice president of store development at In-N-Out, told the Columbian that the Ridgefield location is too early in the development process to comment on a timeline for an opening date. Typically, he said, In-N-Out restaurants take eight to nine months to open after construction starts.
The proposed restaurant is near a new location of Costco that is currently under construction. The closest In-N-Out to the proposed Ridgefield location is about an hour drive away in Keizer, Oregon.
