Fitness SF offers a range of free fitness classes to the public every week. Zumba classes take place on Mondays from 6 - 7 p.m. at Main Plaza. On Wednesdays, yoga is available from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at the Amphitheater. Thursday sessions feature a bootcamp from 8 - 9 a.m. and High Fitness from 1 - 2 p.m., both at Main Plaza. Additional yoga sessions are provided on Fridays at the same time, and Metcon classes are held on Saturdays from 10 - 11 a.m. at Main Plaza.
