Owner Emily Winston is preparing to open Boichik Bagels' first store outside the Bay Area in Los Angeles, expanding the rapidly growing chain.
"I think LA is going to be the home of some very serious bagel wars in the next few years, and the scene today is only the beginning," Winston said, expressing confidence in Boichik's contribution to LA's bagel scene.
