Group warns California Interscholastic Federation against transgender athletes in high school sports
Briefly

The ongoing debate regarding transgender athletes in California's high school sports reached new heights at a California Interscholastic Federation meeting in Oakland. Jordan Brace, a track athlete from Sacramento, expressed her concerns about biological males competing in female sports, claiming it is unfair and unsafe. Attorney Erin Friday echoed these sentiments, asserting that allowing trans athletes in girls' sports may violate Title IX, which could endanger considerable federal funding for California schools. The situation reflects a larger cultural conflict over gender identity in sports and education.
Biological males do not belong on women's sports or in women's locker rooms. Biological males have much more muscle mass than we do as women.
We are here to send a 'warning' to CIF: that it is in violation of Title IX, a federal law that prohibits sex-based discrimination.
They are going to end holding funds and freezing funds from our California schools, and that's to the tune of $8 billion dollars.
