2025 UTMB Live Coverage

The 2025 UTMB covers 174 kilometers (108 miles) and gains almost 10,000 meters (32,500 feet) of elevation as it encircles the Mont Blanc massif from Chamonix through Italy and Switzerland before returning to Chamonix. The race starts at 5:45 p.m. CEST (9:45 a.m. MDT) on Friday, August 29. Course records are Katie Schide's 22:09:31 (2024) for women and Jim Walmsley's 19:37:43 (2023) for men. Livecasting will run on iRunFar's X feed with text and photo reports, and live blogging will mirror that coverage. Sponsors Altra and Tailwind support the coverage. This year, the UTMB course is 174 kilometers (108 miles) long and gains almost 10,000 meters (32,500 feet) of elevation as it encircles the Mont Blanc massif from Chamonix, France, through Italy and Switzerland, before finishing back in Chamonix.
