Vermont's governor is opposing a Labor Relations Board ruling that permits remote state employees to return to hybrid work. The Labor Relations Board's decision, issued in a 60-page document, allows affected employees to choose hybrid work. The governor has requested a stay and plans to appeal to the state Supreme Court.
