Leaked memo: Inside JPMorgan's RTO plan for its largest office
Briefly

JPMorgan Chase has mandated a full-time return for employees at its Polaris campus in Columbus, Ohio, beginning April 21. The internal memo outlines improved parking options, a new shuttle service, and upgraded dining facilities to address prior concerns. However, employees have expressed dissatisfaction with these changes, particularly about the shuttle service and off-site parking. A product manager voiced concerns over the inconvenience of commuting after a day’s work, illustrating the mixed feelings surrounding the bank’s return-to-office strategy.
"We're focused on making your full-time return to office as smooth as possible," read the memo, which was sent to employees of the Polaris office on Monday.
JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon in January called the bank's hybrid workers, who made up less than 30% of its total headcount, back to the office five days a week starting in March.
The last thing that I want to do after a full day of work is stand with a group of my coworkers, hope there is enough room on the next bus..." said a product manager.
To ensure everyone can find parking, an offsite parking lot, located nearby, will offer free and ADA compliant, shuttle service, ensuring convenient and accessible transportation to and from the office throughout the day.
