Help! I Caught My Babysitter in a Very Compromising Position. Her Parents Might Need to Know.
Briefly

A babysitter was fired after being found having sex with her boyfriend at the age of 15. While it's understandable to consider informing her parents, doing so is not obligatory unless other factors, like potential abuse, are present. The concern should focus on the babysitter's ability to perform her job, which she clearly did not due to distraction. If there was a closer relationship, it would be advisable to discuss safe practices and offer support for any confusing situations she might encounter.
While being sexually active with a boyfriend at 15 may be less than ideal and is not what most parents want for their kids, it's not a tragedy or emergency.
Unless your babysitter is the child of one of your friends, your only relationship with her is that you are (or were) her employer. That’s all.
I would encourage you to speak up if you suspected she was being abused. But, in this case, her judgment was extremely distracted.
If you had a close relationship, it's important to discuss access to birth control and offer support if she finds herself in a scary situation.
