A Garden of Sleep: Tracking the Emotional Distance Between Two Bedtimes - Nightingale
Briefly

After months of drifting apart due to varying sleep schedules, a wife documents her and her husband's bedtimes in a spreadsheet. This data collection helps her process emotions and highlights their increasing arguments. The insights gained allowed them to establish the 'Sunday-In-Sync Rule,' facilitating efforts to reconnect amidst their busy lives. Ultimately, the focus shifted from the exact sleeping times to the emotional gap created by their routines, leading to a renewed commitment to each other.
