Apartment sizes range from 565 to 760 square feet, with options including an extra bathroom or office space. Rents range from $1,350 to $1,900, and four units are designated affordable for incomes between $56,480 and $84,720. Units include exposed brick, in-unit washers and dryers, new appliances, interior bike storage and elevator access.
