Kessler stated, "It's been an absolute privilege to have served in the leadership for Texas REALTORS for so many years, and I know the organization is in good hands." This underscores the confidence he has in his successor, Mike Barnett.
Under Kessler's leadership, the Texas Realtors experienced significant growth, increasing membership from 75,000 to 115,000 and implementing several professional development programs, including the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.
