Kristin Gannon will join PulteGroup's Board of Directors as an independent director, effective February 10, expanding the Board from 10 to 11 members. She will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee and will serve until the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders on April 30, or until a successor is elected and qualified. Gannon previously served as an independent director for Tri Pointe Homes from 2014 to 2017 and has advised on more than $150 billion in real estate mergers, financings and strategic transactions.
