The division aims to assist 1,000 families in its first year through tailored mortgage programs that include affordable housing access and homebuyer literacy resources. The initiative includes partnerships with organizations like the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals to further enhance outreach and support for diverse clients seeking homeownership.
