One person has died and 16 more have fallen ill amid a multi-state listeria outbreak tied to deli meat, according to the feds.Seven of the sick people live in New York State, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Wednesday.The person who died lived in Maryland.One of the people who fell sick was pregnant and suffered a miscarriage, according to the agency.
