Coroner's three recommendations as inquest verdict delivered into death of Roy Butler (23), who died days after Covid jab
Briefly

Cork coroner Philip Comyn described the August 2021 death of talented footballer Roy Butler as "tragic and heartbreaking" after he only opted for a Covid-19 vaccine to go on holiday.
Mr Comyn returned a narrative verdict after a three-day inquest, stating that a pathologist could not rule out any potential link to the Covid-19 jab.
The coroner recommended an information campaign to inform the public about reporting vaccine adverse reactions and ensuring these are noted by health authorities.
Mr Butler was described as a fit and healthy young man who received the Janssen vaccine purely for travel purposes, without fitting into the high-risk groups.
