DiliTrust, in collaboration with Above the Law, conducted a survey of over 120 law department employees to assess time management and efficiency within corporate legal departments. The survey aimed to uncover persistent inefficiencies that hinder productivity and cost-saving efforts. Findings indicate that, despite prior efforts to enhance efficiency, significant waste still exists, revealing gaps in how legal teams perceive their effectiveness. The report highlights specific areas where law departments identify wasted time and examines the satisfaction levels of in-house lawyers regarding various aspects of their workday.
The survey results reveal that many corporate law departments are still grappling with inefficiencies that prevent them from maximizing productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Despite ongoing efforts for improvement, law departments continue to identify significant areas of wasted time and inefficiencies that remain unaddressed.
