Student-loan companies that don't do their jobs should be fired, Elizabeth Warren says. Her next target is one that manages 8 million borrowers.

Warren concurred that the settlement was positive for the industry - and she said it's a signal of more to come for borrowers. Since federal student-loan payments resumed last October after an extended pause, many borrowers are anxious and uncertain about their options.
