Seth Crosby, a high-ranking official at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, faces charges for producing child pornography and video voyeurism after allegedly attempting to record minors.
Crosby claimed in an interview that it's a "terrible misunderstanding," but the prosecutor noted that juveniles reported noticing a hand with a phone filming them.
The allegations include that Crosby hid a camera in a location to video record a family relative showering, which he attributed to unrelated monitoring activities.
