Records: Boar's Head plant linked to recall repeatedly broke safety rules
Briefly

The Boar's Head deli meat plant in Virginia has been linked to the deaths of nine people and hospitalizations of about 50 others due to listeria contamination.
Federal inspectors logged 69 instances of noncompliance regarding sanitation, including instances of mold, insects, and rancid odors, leading to the plant’s closure until safety can be confirmed.
Garshon Morgenstein expressed his outrage, stating, "I think it is disgusting and shameful. I’m even more in shock that this was allowed to happen."
Following the deadly outbreak, Boar's Head recalled over 7 million pounds of products, highlighting serious health risks associated with their deli meats.
