Photographer Accuses Diddy of Sexual Battery in New Lawsuit
Briefly

A photographer, identified as John Doe, has filed a lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, claiming sexual assault during a commercial shoot. The lawsuit alleges that Combs coerced Doe into performing oral sex under the pretense of career advancement, threatening him afterward. Combs' legal team denies the allegations, stating he has never assaulted anyone. Doe is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who has previously litigated against Combs. This lawsuit adds to a long history of sexual assault allegations against Combs, which he vehemently denies.
The suit claims that Combs invited Doe to his trailer to discuss career opportunities, then allegedly coerced Doe into performing oral sex and stated that he could "make [Doe's] career take off" if the act was satisfactory.
Doe claims that he complied out of fear that refusing would mean the end of his career. According to the complaint, Combs allegedly said the act wasn't satisfactory and threatened Doe with violence afterward.
Buzbee described the content of this latest lawsuit as "egregious and highly disturbing" in a statement that concluded, "We look forward to presenting these facts in court."
Combs has consistently denied the allegations of sexual abuse and assault that have now been leveled against him by dozens of plaintiffs. His legal team maintained his innocence after Doe's complaint.
