"FREMONT A local resident has been charged with filming one of his neighbors after she got out of the shower, court records show. The woman, who lives at an apartment on the 3800 block of Darwin Drive, was drying off after a shower when she noticed an iPhone camera lens pointed at her from her window. When she yelled out in shock, the peeper pulled the camera away and took off running, according to police."
"Investigators used witness statements and surveillance footage to identify the suspect as 25-year-old Jalen Platero, who lives in the same apartment complex. He has been charged with a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy, court records show. The incident occurred on Aug. 10. Platero was charged four days later, records show. Police seized four electronic devices from Platero, including an iPhone that matched the woman's description of the gold phone she saw pointed at her."
