A city resident has been charged with secretly taking a nude picture of his girlfriend's 16-year-old family member while she sat on the toilet, court records show. The suspect, 44-year-old Elder Lopez, of Oakland, allegedly drank alcohol then fell asleep on his girlfriend's couch while listening to music. When he woke up, he was surrounded by Oakland police, who'd been called there by his girlfriend after she allegedly went through his phone and found the picture, according to court records.

"This was a terrifying set of events. This happened Halloween night, early Nov. 1 morning," says Officer Byron White with the Berkeley Police Department. Officer White says Berkeley police got a call around 6 a.m. of a suspicious man inside a UC Berkeley sorority house - Alpha Chi Omega. A New Jersey cop allegedly recorded surveillance footage of a female arrestee performing a sex act in a jail cell on his phone and then shared the X-rated clip over Snapchat, prosecutors said Monday. Ventnor City police officer Ryan Bonanni, 24, was charged Monday with official misconduct, computer theft and three counts of invasion of privacy, following the incident with the woman who was arrested by the local department on July 6, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
