"This was a terrifying set of events. This happened Halloween night, early Nov. 1 morning," says Officer Byron White with the Berkeley Police Department. Ventnor City police officer Ryan Bonanni, 24, was charged Monday with official misconduct, computer theft and three counts of invasion of privacy, following the incident with the woman who was arrested by the local department on July 6, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
