Cisco takes aim at AI security at RSAC with ServiceNow partnership
Briefly

Cisco and ServiceNow have announced a significant enhancement to their ongoing partnership at RSAC Conference 2025, integrating Cisco's AI Defense with ServiceNow's SecOps. This collaboration aims to provide comprehensive AI risk management and governance, addressing the increasing sophistication of cyber threats. Cisco's AI Defense, launched earlier in 2025, will act as an enforcement layer for identifying AI-specific vulnerabilities, while SecOps will facilitate automated workflows for IT and security teams to respond effectively. Leaders from both companies highlighted the need for an ecosystem approach in tackling AI security challenges.
We think the hardest thing in the history of security has been with AI - and the largest opportunity in the history of security has been with AI. And you will see as evidence of that right now is attackers are getting far more sophisticated.
If customers are looking at ways Cisco is helping them and they want ServiceNow to be part of that integrated solution, we wanted to make sure we do that properly and provide a much more seamless experience for our customers.
