Boar's Head has decided to indefinitely shut down its Virginia deli meat plant following serious health violations and a listeria outbreak linked to its products.
Federal inspectors found repeated health violations at the Jarratt plant, which prompted Boar's Head to recall lunch meats after linking them to dozens of hospitalizations and deaths.
