Aldi set to axe service in all its supermarkets by the end of the week
Briefly

Aldi will end its click & collect service on August 18, a trial running since September 2020, allowing staff to focus on in-store customer service.
The click & collect service allowed customers to pay £4.99 for their online shopping to be brought to them by store workers, a service now discontinued.
Aldi's focus is on providing high-quality products at low prices, which has led to the conclusion of the click & collect service to enhance operational efficiency.
The discontinuation of click & collect marks the end of Aldi's online shopping elements, following previous withdrawals of home delivery services and a partnership with Deliveroo.
