HAI HOSPITALITY ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR NEW WASHINGTON, D.C. LOCATION OF JAMES BEARD AWARD-WINNING RESTAURANT UCHI

Hai Hospitality, renowned for its Uchi and Uchiko restaurants, is set to open a new Uchi location in Washington, D.C. by late fall 2025. The restaurant will be situated in the prestigious 17xM office building, designed by Skanska USA. This expansion will allow Uchi to integrate into D.C.'s vibrant culture while maintaining its unique culinary identity. The interior will feature designs inspired by its Asian roots and local architecture. The D.C. location aims to enhance the area’s culinary scene and cater to both office tenants and visitors.
