Following electoral setbacks, Democratic leaders are turning to podcasts for outreach, an area Republicans have capitalized on for a while. To engage voters, notable Democrats have launched various podcasts, including Gavin Newsom's and the California Democratic Party's. Representatives like Gil Cisneros emphasize the need to communicate their message and promote party candidates through this medium, acknowledging that they are catching up to their Republican counterparts who have successfully used podcasts to mobilize younger voters, especially during the previous election cycle.

We are a little late to the game. And right now, we are trying to play catch-up.
