Holcomb continues to recover without any real timeline. If the Steelers designate him for a post-June 1 release, it would save the Steelers $6 million in salary cap.
It's no stretch to say Queen is as good a three-down linebacker the Steelers have had since Ryan Shazier and a better all-around linebacker than Holcomb was before his injury.
