Decapitated animal remains found in Fremont

On Sunday, the mutilated remains of two animals were discovered at Centerville Train Station in Fremont. Amtrak police initially reported the incident after finding a decapitated and eviscerated animal on a bench. Further investigation revealed additional bags nearby, containing another decapitated animal and what seemed to be internal organs. Authorities have engaged a forensic veterinarian to help ascertain the species and cause of death. The police have requested anyone with information to come forward while they continue their investigation.
