Chez Fifi, a new bistro in New York's Upper East Side, has unexpectedly become a hotspot since its opening in January. Unlike other bistro successes in the area, like Frenchette and Le Rock, Chez Fifi has no renowned ownership behind it, coming from the We All Gotta Eat Group based in Miami. With a beautifully designed 1920s-inspired space, limited seating, and a warm atmosphere, it's rapidly gained a reputation, drawing in locals and creating a buzz that makes reservations hard to come by.
