Briefly

The final Care and Feeding column reflects on the author's journey of blending journalism with parenting over three and a half years. Balancing a full-time job and writing, moments with children began to diminish, raising concerns about missed opportunities for bonding. Recognizing this irony led to the decision to prioritize family over career aspirations. The author cherishes the current stage of parenting, emphasizing the value of being present with children during their formative years. Expressions of gratitude conclude the column, wishing the best for readers and their families.
