Recent research by iSpring reveals a large gap between what L&D professionals offer and what employees want. While 77% of training programs are online courses, only 47% of learners enjoy them.
Most employees now prefer microlearning, face-to-face training, role-play simulations, and VR and AR activities. These formats have shown to be effective in engaging learners and enhancing their learning experience.
