OS2a: Objective Service Assessment for Mobile AIGC | HackerNoon
Briefly

The article introduces the OS2A framework, focusing on assessing both objective quality and subjective user experience of Automated Image Generation Content (AIGC). Inspired by the Discrete Choice Model (DCM), it highlights the challenge of measuring service quality accurately as users’ preferences vary widely. The discussion includes analyzing differing standards among clients, underscoring the necessity for a dual-faceted assessment approach that can accommodate both measurable service quality and personalized user experiences. The framework plays a critical role in enhancing service delivery in mobile AIGC applications.
In this section, we elaborate on the design of the OS2A framework. The OS2A framework addresses the complex nature of quality assessment in AIGC, striving for a balance between objective metrics and subjective user experiences.
Figure 4 illustrates variations in AIGC image quality, showing how user preferences can diverge significantly, suggesting a need for a nuanced understanding of service assessment in AIGC content.
