"I spent so many of my years as a child at Cairn Community Games. I grew up in a tiny little village called Ardattin and really the one thing that we all got involved in throughout the year was sport," Ronan said.
"Sport was this incredible tool that we could all use to come together." This sentiment underscores the unifying power of sports in fostering community and personal growth.
"The fact that you're going out there and you're doing something that's a little bit scary but makes you feel kind of brilliant afterwards is just the best." This highlights the importance of stepping out of comfort zones and personal achievement.
