Owners of The Manor in West Orange, N.J. cut hundreds of trees illegally, town officials say

Due to the illegal removals, the new owners of The Manor, now being renamed The Grand Chateau, face nearly 500 summonses, reflecting the legal consequences of environmental negligence.
