NASA to decide on how to bring home stranded astronauts by end of the month
Briefly

NASA is analyzing thruster data from Boeing's Starliner after its malfunction left astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams stranded on the ISS, raising safety concerns for their return.
Bowersox stated that they are at a pivotal moment: 'We're reaching a point where that last week in August we really should be making a call, if not sooner.'
The main issue with the Starliner spacecraft revolves around its propulsion system. 'We've had very honest discussions with Boeing about the problem,' Bowersox noted.
NASA faces a crucial decision on whether to use the Starliner or opt for a SpaceX spacecraft, which could delay Wilmore and Williams' return until February 2025.
