Morrison recurred as Boba Fett in The Mandalorian Season 2, and his performance as the aging bounty hunter was widely praised. However, the spin-off series, The Book of Boba Fett, was not as well-received as The Mandalorian.
There hasn't been a Star Wars movie in theaters since The Rise of Skywalker in 2019, but it looks like The Mandalorian and Grogu will be the first film in the franchise to get back to the big screen.
