The Mandalorian director Jon Favreau likens his Lucasfilm series to the idea of playing with Star Wars toys as a child. "That's how I learned how to tell stories," Favreau explained at the launch of the Star Wars: Most Wanted campaign. "You take these characters, you're talking with your friends, and you're acting things out [with the toys]. My job is not that different from that."

With only a few months left before release, we finally have a detailed trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu, the silver-screen spinoff of the show that launched Disney+. From the looks of it, it was worth the wait. There's something for every fan here: unmasked Din Djarin, Grogu being a scamp, an Ardennian shopkeeper almost certainly voiced by Martin Scorsese, and a Hutt speaking Basic.

The 6,187-piece Razor Crest faithfully recreates Din Djarin's assault ship from The Mandalorian, complete with minifigures and detailed interior for avid collectors.

Weaver was coy with details but did say: "She's a fighter pilot. She's still a pilot."
