Today in Jays History: Pillar Steals Second, Third and Home
Briefly

Kevin Pillar, who played six full seasons with the Blue Jays, exemplified unexpected influence on the game, as seen in a moment where even experienced pitcher Delin Betances felt anxiety over his potential to steal bases. Despite not being among the elite base stealers, Pillar's athleticism and skill made him a memorable player, particularly for his outstanding catches in center field. Having signed with the Texas Rangers for the current season, there are hopes for his success, as fans fondly remember his contributions to the Blue Jays.
Delin Betances was so worried about Pillar stealing that he couldn't pitch. It wasn't like he was a rookie. Betances was 30, and he had pitched in 300 games.
Kevin Pillar has many highlights, but most are catches he made on center field. This is one of my favourite moments of his time with the team.
