Terry Collins livid Carlos Beltran just missed out on Baseball Hall of Fame - again
Briefly

Carlos Beltran fell short of Hall of Fame induction for the third time, receiving 70.3% of the Baseball Writers Association of America votes. The former MLB player, known for a 20-year career with multiple teams, is facing backlash due to his involvement in the Astros’ sign-stealing scandal. Despite gaining support in the voting percentages over the years, his controversial legacy appears to be a significant factor in his ongoing exclusion. Former Mets manager Terry Collins argues that Beltran is being unfairly punished, noting that many players in the Hall have similarly benefited from signs knowing.
This Astros thing has gotten out of control now. The Hall of Fame is filled with guys who knew what pitches were coming at certain times, so I'm a little tired of hearing him being held accountable.
He wasn't even a starting player. It's not like he benefited from what was going on. I think he's being overly penalized. He lost the managerial job because of this.
