Tyrod Taylor agreed to terms with Gang Green on a deal that would make the veteran signal-caller Aaron Rodgers backup, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported late Monday night.
The addition of Taylor gives the Jets a much more experienced backup and helps them avoid the dicey situation they found themselves in last season after Aaron Rodgers went down with an injury the first game of the season and they had to turn to Zach Wilson.
