York Regional Police are investigating a fatal stabbing connected to a vehicle theft incident in Richmond Hill, requesting public assistance for information on the case.
A 19-year-old from Montreal has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle over $5,000 in connection to the stolen vehicle, later recovered in Toronto.
