The inquest revealed that Sam Cornwell, a 46-year-old videographer, suffered fatal injuries during a parachute jump when his main parachute failed to open properly.
Coroner Jeremy Chipperfield explained that independent analysis of Cornwell's altimeter and GoPro footage is being sought to understand the circumstances of the accident.
Jan Bostock, the senior environmental health officer, indicated that there was CCTV footage showing Mr. Cornwell’s tragic fall and the subsequent impact with a rooftop.
The footage from Cornwell's helmet camera, which captured the moment he filmed another skydiver, is also being reviewed to gather insights into the incident.
