The final victim, a 36-year-old woman, was pummeled in the head with a cell phone, police said. The first victim was transported to New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Brooklyn, while the remaining refused medical attention at the scene."

She then ran out and attacked four additional people, including a 52-year-old man and two women aged 20 and 53, striking them in the face. A 36-year-old woman was hit in the head with a cell phone. One victim was taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Brooklyn while the others declined medical treatment. Grullon was arrested and charged with weapon possession, multiple counts of assault, harassment, and endangering a child.
