Toronto man files complaint against Laval, Que., police after violent arrest caught on video | CBC News
Briefly

"After parking a rental car near a lounge in Laval, two police officers approached me and told me to get back in the car. I was confused, and I didn't know why they were approaching me, or if they were arresting me."
"I asked them 'what am I being detained for?' but they didn't say anything. Then, one of the officers pushed me, which made me say, 'Don't touch me, I know my rights.' That's when they began to wrestle me to the ground."
"I thought I was going to die. The officers kept punching and kneeing me while I was on the ground, and the whole situation was overwhelming, especially with the language barrier."
