Ammar Alhesheshi was arrested in the Bronx charged with second degree assault after dousing a traffic agent with a fire extinguisher, causing an eye injury.
Tattooed 19-year-old Escarlin Polanco Gonzalez, with prior arrests, is being sought by police in connection with the attack on the NYPD agent.
