Sicko, 21, arrested for rape of 14-year-old girl minutes after he's released from upstate NY jail: cops
Briefly

Ronald L. Burris III, 21, was set to be released from Ulster County Jail on Nov. 20 but instead detectives charged him with two counts of second-degree rape and other charges for having sex with a minor multiple times prior to his incarceration, according to the Ulster County Sheriff's Office.
Police launched an investigation in September after they were alerted that Burris was having sexually explicit conversations electronically with the 14-year-old girl while he was detained, according to the sheriff's office.
Upon further investigation, authorities learned the sicko had sex with the child on several occasions over the summer.
Burris was charged with two felony counts of second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He was returned to the Ulster County Jail where he is being held on $30,000 bail.
