Ten people were injured in a shooting outside Amazura nightclub in Queens, New York, late Wednesday night, when four men opened fire on a group waiting to enter a private event.
The police believe about 30 shots were fired before the gunmen fled the scene on foot, later seen getting into a sedan with out-of-state plates.
New York police chief Philip Rivera emphasized that there was zero tolerance for these senseless shootings, stating that this incident was not linked to terrorism.
Six females and four males were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries following the gunfire outside the nightclub.
